hi there, i have a few sunshine systems glowpanel 45 led panels in use, in veg with a few cfls on the side, and in flower as side lighting with a 400 watt hps on top

here are some pictures of a comparison i did, both are cuts from the same mother, same medium, same sized planter if you can call it that, the plant on the left was grown under a 250 watt hps, the plant on the right directly under the glowpanel 45

here is a shot of the led veg area

here is a shot of the flowering area utilizing 2 sunshine systems glowpanel 45s and 1 400 watt hps (440 watt since it's using the "superlumens" feature?)

just ordered one of these guys for my cabinet. the panel is 12"x12"x2". and the inside of my cabinet is 15"x15". i'll be getting some mylar to line the walls with as im running just white paper at the moment. the panel should be perfect for my setup. my current grow you guys can check out is in my signature.

im thinking about purchasing 2 of the glow panel 45's, but im only wanting to use them for a few mother plants and for vegging my next set of plants to flower under my 600w lumatek hps! Everyone I talk to says the LED lights are great for mothers and vegging, but they dont compare in flowering with hps lights! Look up mr. blue goo's grow of LED vs Hps on youtube, you cant argue his results! He had 1000w hps at one table, he had a 600w hps at a table and he had a sunshine 600 led at other table, it was a good experiment and he has video updates everyweek thru veg and flower, everyone should watch these videos and see for yourself! I will use led for my mothers and vegging, but you cant beat a 600w lumatek hps for flowering!
