goin real slow....

4 bag seeds in fox farm ocean forest soil, no nutrients yet, watering as soil dries....i was just wondering why they took 4 days to pop outta the soil? and also why they are all growing so slow? i only have 2- 32 watt cfl's over them. theyre the soft white kind. are they goin so slow cuz they want the daylight kind? any pointers? OH, and can they go outside in the sun during the daytime? or is that a bad idea? i post pics tomoro.

nevermind. im gonna start thinking before i say things....
theyre growing now, they were just really rootbound. transplanted to 3 gallon containers so they should be cool. im gonna buy more lights(the right ones) tomoro. sorry if i wasted ne ones time.
