I have to go away for four days. I thought I had someone to come in and take care of things but now that is not sure and I leave next Mon. I have six plants in all different stages.

1 2 weeks away from harvest

1 Starting to set buds

2 vegging and ready to start flowering

2 small vegging plants about 3" high.

All plants are in soil in air pots.

The flowering plants are autos so I can put everybody in one closet if need be.

Is there something I can set up quickly? I dont have time to order anything.

Thank you

Haha, you have your smart pots in drip pans? Just water them well before you leave, maybe let the pots sit in like 1/2 - 1/4 inch of water in the drip pans, it'll wick up through the fabric and dirt.

tx meta. sorry. my bad I meant 'air pots' not smart pots. I've corrected the post. I was thinking of a wick system though.

just water them till the runoff collects in the pan under the pot, if your really worried fill a beer bottle or wine bottle and shove the tip into the soil like those aqua globes, seriously though I use regular pots and water every thrid to fifth day, the longest ive let my girls go is a week, and i cam back and they where fine, a little thirsty but just fine.

Tx guys for the suggestions:

Yeah I could run down to Lowes or HD and drop the $$. Perhaps not a bad idea for the future since this will happen again. but I still have to spend some time getting it dialed in.

I am thinking of wick system basically a big wad of fabric sitting in a bucket of water with the bottom of the pot resting on the fabric. The top of the fabric must be above the water line.

At least I am not going to be away during harvest time!
