Good coco coir brand?

I feed every 2 days(sometimes 3 days depends on the plants as to what they want)- 2 liters per 3 gallon Fabrics - 600-650 ppm ,coco coir should not dry out , you can water/feed every day 2 hours after lights on and 2 hours before lights out I have watered 1 litre per plant( 2 times per day) this way when young up to 3 weeks before harvest- have not found any advantage to watering this way...
12.75oz ( 344 grams per plant) is that wet weight including all leaf and root bowl. I would love to see a couple of pics of that plant and the harvest- pics speak louder than a key board..

It has about two weeks left, I'll take more pics out of the tent and the branches hanging with something to scale. Then more after trimmed/dried/jarred. Guarantee it'll net 10oz minimum, but based on momma and size compared to her I'm betting on quite a bit more. The main cola is almost as big as my forearm.

EDIT: just stuck my arm next to it, its longer than my forearm and nearly as thick.

I personally don't believe you. But i'm going just based on the pic. I grow plants bigger than that which weigh closer to 6. But hey, if you say that's a 12 ounce plant, then I guess we're just going to have to take you at your word.

I take the whole thing back. Just looked at the pic with your hand in it again - there's no way that's 12 ounces. Sorry, just no. Try again. That thing is maybe a qp.

So that plant is still growing and you posted a guestimate weight? Seriously???

Why not just go with "about a pound"?

Must have let the coco dry out

This thread is wild. I've never used perlite, but apparently people do and it works for them. I don't water daily, but I have a different setup than most people. I used to water daily in traditional fabric pots once the plants could handle it and that worked. I've defoliated super heavy and that worked. I've left all of the leaves on and that also worked. I've run several plants per light, and a couple per light. Both worked. Each technique had to be dialed in, but then worked at literally give me about a pound every time.

Canna coco all the way but having said that all bagged coco will have some levels of gnat eggs. If you want to minimize the chances of bugs get the dry bricks.

If you do used loose coco start using mosquitto dunks I your reservoir from the start the BTi bacteria will keep gnats and thrips at bay.

The pics I posted dont do it justice, and I'm not pulling it from the tent to take better ones yet. Several branches are all tied to each other and the tomato cage to stay somewhat upright and I dont want to disturb them.

I'm basing my guesstimate on the mom she was cloned from. She was close to 13 oz from a 1 gallon pot. Dried, not wet. I average 8-13 oz from one gallon pots regularly in 100% coco, depending on the strain of course. Ive pulled 12+ many times over the last few years, before this girl's mom I got a little under 12.5 from a "Gog and Magog" plant.

This is going to be fun in a few weeks, bookmark this thread and those mocking go get fitted for some clown shoes when I post better pics/results.

Botanicare bricked coco. Just rehydrate and use. No perlite needed. Just 100% coco and grow. It's called CocoGro for a reason. No need for rinsing, buffering, etc... Just rehydrate with a mild nutrient solution and fill your pots.

Sorry guys, not letting this thread die. You fuckers had me doubting myself for a bit but I am NOT a bull-shitter...I cant stand bullshit-talking keyboard warriors so this shit isn't going away until this plant is dried and jarred with pictures/results. If I'm off I'll own it but I won't be by much if at all.

Here's a couple more pics of just the main cola. The fan right behind it is this one, and the fan is standing on a milk crate. Check the dimensions of it...should give a better comprehension on just how massive this plant is. There are NINE more colas ranging 50-75% the size of the main one in these pics.

She also still has a couple more weeks to fatten up even more and lots of lower buds that aren't pictured.

I had to cut the topmost cola down a week early due to light/heat stress. Plant got way taller than I anticipated and it started to foxtail on me. I'm going to cut the rest down this weekend. 12oz coke can for scale, pics are before and after trimming. I'll continue to update with pics and then a final update with total dry weight when I jar. Then I'll start accepting apologies.

I'll have some spare clones in the near future I'm going to do a side by side with canna and course brick coco or a perlite mix.
This isn't a test about weight, I already know perlite makes no odds with weight, it's about growth rates.

went to my local hydro shop and all they had left was mother earth coco. Anyone use this before? I bought a bag.
