good for my seedlings ?

hi im a new grower and was wondering if these lights would work for my seedlings ?? eh

They look like flood or heat lamps? if so NO to much heat and not the right light

seedlings don't need much light a 26 watt 6500K CFL would be better

the white one looks like an outdoor cfl ? the other one is blue is it a spotgrow? if i'm right they will work but you can get better cheep. lowes and home depot sell 120w spot grow bulbs that work great. $5-6 each and well worth it.

well the white one says reflector flood so im guessing i shouldnt be using it? yes it is an out door cfl but also indoor.
those are the packages they came in and would be using the spiral one work better ?
