no one else has replied, so i'll tell you what i can
looks like a bad deficiency, though bugs can be quite small and do similar damage
i see the black spots to the right look like they could be mold
i'm guessing you've looked for bugs, and seems extensive for mold
if deficiency, doesn't look like the usual nitrogen, magnesium, phosphorous problems
what are you using for soil/water
