I'm new to going to co-op's, So I say that they sell seeds, I asked if they were feminized or non feminized, he said non feminized is all he sells, cause they stress the seeds to make them feminized, and you have higher chances of Hermies, Is there any truth to his statement

A self-pollinated plant has a higher chance of producing herms, yes.

As far as I understand, a female that's pollinated by a stress made herm (can't be clones from the same plant), will produce feminized seeds.
