i'm just wondering what i should get for venting for my inline fan?

Will the Non-insulated Alum Foil cheapo ones?
or do i need to go with something heavier?

those work, but are not very good. How long are you running the ducting? That makes a big difference. I like the pvc coated ducting. Still thin but has a nice layer over the aluminum
