Got a small bug problem any advice?

I have these small little flys with silver wings on the back, i havent seen many an i could only find one crawling around in my soil but i dont want it to lay eggs, ive stuck a sticky pad on top of the soil but thats about it
Its no infestation but could end up one

Keep putting fresh strips on when the other is full ,to control the gnats. If its just a few thats no probs.

Neem oil works well for em. I had gnats when I first started my grow. I got some yellow sticky strips and neem oil and have had 0 issues since

this may not be the most hippy answer, but... I always keep a big bottle of ortho home defense max in my grow room. It cost like $13 or so. I spray the concrete floor and walls of my grow room. I never spray the plants. If you get bugs, its a great way to manage them until you can do a real cleaning of your grow area.

ok cool if the problem gets worse ill revert to some neem oil but for now the traps are doin a good job, not many bugs just a few i should be alrite, thanks for the advice
