Hey guys.
I have finished my crop for the year and dried + cured my buds for the perfect smoke.
What is the best way to store them ? I want them to last for the whole winter.
I wouldnt want to put them in the fridge or freezer cuz the jars I have arent 100% air tight.

From what I've read, store them in glass jars in a dark, cool closet and they should last at least a year. I'm also using the Boveda 62% packs.

Yep^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Bovedas are nice, but if you cant find them or afford them, then just keep your stash in sealed mason jars and check on them every few days ( and burp occasionally ) and keep them cool and in the dark. You should be fine.

What do you mean last?
I've found nugs on the floor that were 2 years old and smoked and smelled just fine.
I'd just seal them in a jar or Tupperware and put them in a drawer or cupboard.
Nothing to worry about.

If your jar is sealed well I've gone into jars that I've forgotten about after 18 months and it was still fresh, cool, dark, well-sealed you're fine. Those boveda packs are good for that too but not necessary imo.

it keeps well long term in just regular food grade/freezer bags
or even just glass jars or sealed containers

with bags squeeze as much of the air out as you seal it, not quite vacuum sealed but you get the idea
you can keep them in a cool place 60-65f is cool enough, doesn't need fridge or freezing

peace
