THC is usually only tracable in saliva for around 8 hours. Make sure you brush your teeth really good, use mouthwash, then peroxide.

As far as the violation, be honest with your PO, and hope for the best. It most likely is a violation, but it doesn't seem like the cop gave you too much trouble so you should be good.

Did someone say lie to the PO and say he got a parking violation? Really? Like the PO doesn't already know he doesn't have a license.....

In colorado its not a violation, and it wouldnt fuck with your PB.
But if you blaze like 5 or more bowls a day and just stopped a week ago, your probably fucked.

I think it depends on your officer if they want to violate you or not. I was arrested for disorderly conduct while I was on probation and my officer didn't violate me, nothing happened.

depends on where you are at and who your PO is... are you current on your monthlies? that is what they worry bout down here.. i wrecked my truck, drinking, fled the scene.... local court, PO never heard of it...

what would worry me is the drug testing.... I used to have my wife answer my phone when PO called... tell her I was out of town (still in state of course) on a fishing trip, where of course I get no reception... It would buy me a few days to detox.... there is a product called "test'n" that strips your system in three days, gives you some hellacious diarhea, but kept me out of jail
