All summer long i had a a.c runnin into the room and it worked out great, But now that the tems are around 45 during the day and 30-35 during the night. The a/c wont help at all, it would freeze up. How can i get all that extra heat out of the room? it's 10' x 10' room with a 600 wat hps along with ducting and a carbon filter. I have the filter blowing out and in the same room. So im thinkin having the carbon filter in the same room could cause heat issues. Was thinkin bout ducting the whole thing filter and fan into a different room, Would that help at all?

Shoulda got a heat pump if you had cold winters and hot summers, they work for both. But since you already purchased the AC are you sure you even need to cool it still? My temps are about the same but im in a basement and lights off is 62 and lights on is 78.

You don't exhaust out? Are you running CO2? Guess not never mind. You should be exhausting outside anyways. It'd definitely help. When you exhaust outside you suck in air from outside the room due to negative pressure being caused, giving your plants more co2, which they need. If you're just cycling the air around the room they're getting the same co2 depleted air. They need different air and that air needs to go where it cannot get taken back in. Attic, outside, upstairs, downstairs. Get it away.

Can you vent to the attic?
It's what I have to do. Also I add cold air from outside during the winter instead of the AC. ;-)
