GOT UNIDENTIFIED BUGS need hlep please

well iv noticed my girls have been gettin eatin lately, so i checked em all out real good. Come to find on my stalk there is this "fluffy" and almost white mold looking stuff about an inch and a half long, but within this white mess there were around 4 little white fluffy bugs....never seen before. prolly about the size of a regular green aphid........any help would be great, hopefully my crop doesnt get eatin lol, thanks guys, peace

Mealy bugs..Look them up for ways to control them.
