Riots from people on welfare?? Sounds like too much effort. I wouldn't be worried.

Nobody questions, why the government shutdown doesn't cut any military spending?
Governments rely on force to function. The United States could not be the world police if they did. Also when the break up of the states / empire happens it helps if you can police your own hungry serfs.

Write a letter to your congressman, that will help. They want to represent you, no really.

Protesting for people on welfare is a full time job. They protest Capitalism, and in return the government a lots them more benefits.

Using force to make other people pay for your utilities is immoral. This person would benefit from reading the Little Red Hen book.

If we had a federal use tax then people would have more to spend, more to save, and more (if they are smart) to invest. Which in turn would really help the economy in the long run and for your information I used to work in the financial industry for Goldman Sachs so, kiss my ass!
Oh my, you worked for Goldman Sachs, that makes you an economist. Take macro 101. Look up VAT and ceiling regulations if you don't want your bleeding heart liberal socialist status taken away.
