Gray Mold!

Ok so I just started some seeds and already I see some fuzzy white stuff that looks kinda like little bits of fur. My grow room is a pretty small area without a lot of ventilation right now and when I water my plants the soil stays plenty damp for a few days... is that normal? Also, the humidity is kept pretty high for the most part.

I have a pic of my grow place and an attempt at a pic of the small area of what looks like gray mold. Please tell me if it is gray mold and what I can do about it...
