green light root stimulator

is green light a good root stimulator and can i add to to seeds and seedlings

as far as i know green light is not registered by the plant in anyway..i use a greenlight if i have to tend to my plants during lights off...it has no effect on the photoperiod.

its a brand name of root stimulator called green light lol i was wondering if i could presoak the seeds in this so when they do sprout they have a good root system,and is it ok for seedlings
