I have green lights set up in my garden (not by me).
I have always been taught to work on plants when the lights are on and if you forgot something to do you have to wait till tomorrow.
Apparently people go in during the dark cycle and use the green lights since the plants do not see that color of light.
Do any of you guys use green lights?
Does it work fine for you?

On amazon I got a led light that straps to your head, like what a miner or a cliff hanger would use. Its made by hydrofarm and works great since I do not have an extra socket in my rooms.

I agree with Snaps Provalone about using LED lights. My previous house I had pretty much the whold basement rigged up and every bulb down there was a green "Party Light" from lowes/homedepot/walmart. Over time they started to fade and had a "Yellow ish" tint. I don't know if it effected them but some hermies showed up around the time I noticed how some bulbs were more green than others.

If you used Non LED type lights, replace often!!!

The Green LED head light is great. Never a problem here using it either. And it makes your face look scary if you take a pic in the dark. Lol:eek:

Green lights are great. for when i have to spray them. i dont like to spray with lights on in case of burns from the light magnifying with the drops of water. i also use a wetting agent, but still. but yeah i use them for when i have to work in there in the dark. i like to spray in the dark. makes it real ez and give peace of mind, then i dont have to worry about it later. i hate waiting for the lights to come on, if i have to do something in there. besides feed.
