Mr. City...

Getting a good carbon scruber is gonna be key... I would get a can that requires a 780 CFM inline fan...

Go over kill with the scrubber..

You can get some some foam egg crates at Target to muffle the noise of the in line fan.. you will also want to get INSULATED DUCTING . this will greatly help the sound from the fan..

I have a very similar setup in size, number of plants, and wattage. I would recommend you get a centrifugal inline exhaust fan (around 400cfm), that should move enough air so that the temp in the enclosure will be no more than 5 degrees above the outside temperature. I finally bought a 6" sunleaves windtunnel fan, it was my fourth fan. I should have just bought the right one the first time. It has a polymer casing and is very quiet proportionate to the 409 cfm rating. If you get a good exhaust fan than you wont need any intake fans. The negative air pressure from the air blowing out of the room will pull it into the room just as fast. Try to make sure your intake grills are as low to ground as possible taking advantage of the cool air that hugs the ground.

I grow with a similar setup as well. One thing I can advise, is to read up on methods like topping, LST and SCROG. These will get you the most out of such a small space. Otherwise 4 plants can easily outgrow that area, and actually leave you with less yield.
