Hey I'm all for spirituality but let's not mix tales with science
May have some validity in thinking there may be beneficial microbes.
My guess is really the warm moisture and your salivic acid just helps soften or remove the protective coat on the seed so the sprout can push out easier.

I don't know if saliva contains "beneficial" microbes for plants. I am not aware of any study.
The moisture theory may be true but even so, you would have to carry your seed in your mouth for like a whole day before the shell of the seed softens. Either way it still is science, nothing magical about it
