Grow light selection for 5x5 tent

Hey all
Going to give indoor growing a shot for the first time. I previously grew outdoors in CA but I’m moving to a less than legal state so looking to drop a tent in the house somewhere. I have settled on a 5x5 tent, but mostly just plan to fill it as a 4x4 and have some space for fans etc. As I’m relatively new to the indoor aspect of this I’m hoping to have something that’s relatively simple/easy to manage.
I’m not afraid to DIY, but don’t feel compelled to save that money unless there are additional benefits beyond that.

I have spent quite a bit of time searching and believe I have narrowed it down to a few, but open to suggestions from anyone who has first hand experience with them
-Scynce Raging Kush 2.0 (top of my list right now, mostly for ease of set up/use)
-HLG Scorpion (partially concerned about height restrictions with this one)
-Gavita Pro 1700e
-ChillLed X6 (below the 1700e as it seems similar and I don’t see much benefit?)

Really appreciate any input, I’ve spent a while researching now and ready to pull the trigger once I have some input from real world experience

If the tent is 7'+, I would go with HLG QB96. They can be run and set individually and are an efficient and inexpensive solution. 4 is enough, 6 or even 8 could work at lower power settings. Very versatile lighting option, can be a point source at 200w or a distributed light system at say 80 or 100w.

Lots of good lights out today including some DIY options.
But I will throw my hat in the ring and say Optic Slim 650S... That's what I'm currently running and I got no complaints.
Thank you. Do you believe that would be sufficient for a 5x5 tent? I’ll do some reading on that model this evening, I have seen it recommended a few times across the forums

If you can afford the ChilLed, that's what I'd get. I'd get the 1000 watt version if it was me. Made in US. I think Gavita is made in Mexico or something. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I'm a fan of HLG too, but that GrowCraft looks sweet.

Hey all, just wanted to post an updated. I ended up going with the scorpion Diablo. I found a site that had 15% off so it came in right around $1100. Really excited for it to show up so I can test it out
Congrats I dont think you will ever be disappointed! I've been running V1 boards for years and they are plenty great, the diablo boards are 3 Revs ahead and much more efficient.
