Whats peoples thoughts on this?

Please bare in mind i only grow one small plant and only need about half an Oz. I normally grow on windowsill but its so cloudy this year so need a boost.

This light is 63 watts and full spectrum 6500 lumens. Upon researching it appears that 60 watt is enough for 1ft x 1ft space and google says 4500 lumens is enough for one plant.

Has anyone tried anything like this and how did it go?

63w will grow a plant (with airy, leafy but OK to some buds), but this lamp will not deliver 63w. This lamp will be closer to 10w and will not grow anything.

the design of it is what i really need, i just need one that delivers 60 to 100 watts but cant find one as they are all really big square things designed for the big growers,

What do u recommend?
