grow room design

Looking to set up a full room and ditch my text. Have a bedroom located in a house than I plan on setting up a 40 plant SOG table under 2 600w hps with 2 cool tubes and a filter.

I have a window in the room, and an attic above the room.

1) What's the easiest/safest way to bring in fresh air? Through the window?

2) what/where/how would be the easiest way to exhaust heat and smell free air from the room?

Going to run coco and soil mediums in 1.5 gallon pots. Any advice would be appreciated

I would use the attic for both

I like the room idea. Fresh air from the window, and vent/exhaust into the attic. The attic is the hottest area anyway, and the filtered air can dissipate before naturally venting outside, above street-level. Sounds bitchen! Good luck! Wait, is the room on the first floor? I don't know if you want to leave an open window on the ground level of a grow. 2nd floor is cool.

Actually do it that way if you can, then use a variac on the fan and adjust for seasonal temps.

Why not use the ambient house air as your intake air? It should be a more stable temp and might be marginally higher in co2
