Grow room in development!

Hey guys, been looking around this forum for awhile and wanted to get in on the fun. I wanted to share my grow room specs. and see what you guys think I could do to either improve it or just help in general!
Anyways, I have a 8' x 12' x 9' shed that I insulated and dry walled just for this grow. I hung up two Icarus Gi2 led lights and purchased a 12 site ebb and flow kit as the method of growing my plants. I have a 12 inch inline fan as my exhaust and installed an A/C unit to help control the temps in the shed. I also have a 10 inch wall mounted fan for air flow. For my nutes I will be using Advanced Nutrients 3 part nutrient solution. I am currently looking at seed banks but I know I will be buying feminized photoperiods pretty soon. This will be my first grow and I feel like I'm biting off way more than I can chew but it sounds like a fun time and a great hobby. One question I had was I completely air sealed my shed so there is massive negative air pressure in the shed with very little passive intake. Do you guys think I should cut a hole somewhere in the shed and place a intake fan to help get fresh air moving? Another question I had was do you guys think 12 plants is too much for the space I'm working with? Long I know but I hope you guys are interested in my grow and are able to tell me what you think, thanks!

Welcome! Have fun with it mostly! Trash the nutes though! lol 12 plants in ebb & flow. As long as you plan 10 steps ahead. Getting the room dialed in is key, run the room/system with no plants and see how things are. Make sure shit is dialed. You need air flow. Learning about positive pressure and negative pressure. Then applying it. Research, research, research. Oh and trash the nutes! lol
