Grow Room In My Bedroom Questions

Hello.
I will run a grow in my bedroom in a 1x1x2 meters grow tent.
The setup will be 600 hps with cooltube.
I can not vent outside of house cause I live in apartment and can't make holes on walls.
I have everything dialed up, I even have an ac in this room for high temps, the only thing that concerns me is the noise of the ventilation as I will sleep really close to the tent.
Only solution I have found that maybe works is buying this fan: Silent TD-160/100N
It says that is silent but I'm not sure how silent this is.
Anyone have any experience with this fan?
This is a 4 inch fan and I know that would be better to run a 5 or 6 inch with the 600 hps, but that would make a lot more noise.
Thank u

I ran a 6" cloudline. About the quietest fan I've run so far and has a sensor so you can set the temps to a certain degree. I had it venting out my bedroom window over top of my AC unit which was blowing into my intake. Even with insulated ducting the fans and exhaust were enough to drive the wife nuts.
I slept like a baby though :eyesmoke:

Hello.
I can't find this fan in my country, and it's a bit expensive to be honest :)
Unfortunately I can't vent out my room, so I will have to make it work somehow.
Thank u though :)

While I've never used the fan you mentioned, I would go for the 6" version. The only reason is because my 4" fans are on full blast, always. They hum and I found they don't last as long. With my 6" fans I have them turned almost all the way down and are quieter while pulling almost the same air as my 4".

Good luck, it's going to be loud regardless!

I'm running out of my closet right and have a similar to you as well. What I've done to keep my Temps between 70-77F in my humidifier I put Ice and have 2 4in fans one for the intake and the other for the exhaust but I keep the humidifier by the the intake fan so it essentially cools and its pretty cheap.

You could run co2 in the tent and exhaust out the window using a piece of plywood in the window. Just an idea. Otherwise I see fresh air being an issue. Can't grow them in a closed up room that's the problem most people have is proper intake and humidity and wonder why they have a calmag problem

I am running into this issue now as far as ventilation goes. Thank you for posting this piece of advice!
My young seedlings are starting to have yellowing on its oldest leaves. I don't know if this is the same.

My room has a bunch of fans running 24/7. It's a constant sound though so you might actually sleep better. My wife loves it, and I don't wake up from most noises in the house when I'm still sleeping.

I run a 600hps in a 2x4x7 and I'm going to let ya know right now. It ain't easy.

Gotta keep it 2 feet away or it will start to show a calcium def from the light intensity.

Gotta keep my apartment tempt at 72 year round when I'm growing. Tent runs 10deg warmer min with the hps. MH runs cooler.

Im really sensitive to noise so I could not stand a fan going bzzzzzzzz all night. But that's just me, my suggestion is to get an AC Infinity, I have a feeling we are from the same country because everyone uses the brand you have mentioned here. You can order worldwide and they will arrive ok although will become a little expensive. Also, fan you mentioned uses more electricity as well something to think about.

Iv been near a bigger version of the fan you mentioned its like a fucking plane taking off, I have no idea how some can sleep with that on 7/24

Run a larger fan on a speed controller and turn it down. But whatever you use there is going to be some noise. And depending on the layout of your apartments you could have a neighbor that hears a constant hum from the fan. So take that into account as well.

I do consider this thread a trolling joke of a consideration. light, smell and fan clearly. even for one decent plant late in flower is an issue
