Grow room setup, a few questions

This is first grow room setup, I've always grown in tents. So, i feel a bit lost. I have a 11 x 7 x 7 area that i'm working with. I already have 2 tents for mothers and veg so I only need to build a decent size flowering room. 5.5 x 7 is the size i'm looking at. I really want to put 1000w and a 600w in but does anyone think it will get to hot in there? What would be optimal: using the fan that cools the lights as the exhaust or having 2 seperate fans, one for the hoods, the other for exhaust? What should/can i use for sealing the room that wont off gas?

I have just finshed the walls in my room downstairs. I used a sheetrock based product called denshield. This is a tile backer board made for showers. I cuts and installs as sheetrock does. It has a 100% water proof coatin on the fron side. I siliconed every corner and used mesh tape with a paint on waterproof membrane for the bigger gaps as well as the srewholes. Over this I am going to apply panda film which is a black and white plastic made for grow rooms. 90% reflective and 100% waterproof. I am very concerned about mold and moisture issues because i am in im my basement. Im sure I have over killed it but my grow room is super water proof and mold resistant.

word, unfortunatly I can't tear out the old walls so i'm stuck with regular drywall(alteast the ceiling and half the room). Is there any mold resistant paint that i might be able to put under mylar to better protect the walls? Is there a way to seal mylar so moister cant get behind it after i put it up?

Most Bathroom paint is mold resistant. They can also add it to most paints. You don't want to seal the edges of the B&W thats a sure way to get mold.

Thanks for the responses, helpful! I have a airbox 2 filter(6" 1000cfm max) and with the room size 3x the cfm(for neg pressure) is around 800, so where can I find a fan that's a 6" with that high of a cfm or is it alright to get a larger fan and down size the ducting? I thought i read somewhere that thats a no no. That's my number 1 problem right now... well that and actually building it.

get the biggest fan you can afford, centrifugal, and use it for exhaust
get a basic inline for your intake to the room (to keep neg presha)

have your lights on a seperate air duct run than your room
this run dosnt need an intake fan, just an output fan (hook it to the same big centri fan that exhausts your room with a Y join duct)
use a carbon filter on ur flower room exhaust(suck thru it, dont blow into it)
dont suck air out of the room thru the light (dust build up steals lumens)

1000 and 600 in that space? well since your using air cooled hoods, and have 7 foot vertical space, i say hell yeah
