I got a 6x4 tent that's 6 feet tall. got myself a 1000 watt air cooled hps (I know I will need a different one for veg). don't know how im going to set up the ventilation. was thinking of getting a max fan for in take but I don't know if I need ore then 1 and if so why and where. was going to use soil. any suggestions will be great. don't have a cap on budget but don't want to spend a lot.

Use an inline centrifugal or mixed flow fan (max fan) for exhaust and a passive intake for fresh air intake.
What will the temperature of the roim your tent will pull it's fresh air intake be at it's lowest and highest?
I neef that info to help you choose a suitable fan.

was thinking of having it around 80 degrees Fahrenheit if you think that's suitable.

If so,then no,because no matter what the lights on temp in the tent will always be hotter than the ambient temp (temp of the room thr tent pulls its fresh air from.
I would aim at keeping the room the tent pulls it's fresh air from between 65\68°F and 70/72°F

the temperature outside is 10 degrees Celsius right now but only going up as the days go. im bringing air from outside to cool the light, then bringing that air back in to the tent. bad idea? might have to use a fan to warm the tent up a tiny bit until the weather gets warmer.
