Grow tent winter temps

So I grow in a 3x3 locates in a heated garage. We keep temps in the garage around 18 Celsius (65f). Intake from garage and exhaust back into the same room.

I’m using a bridgelux strip build pushing about 220w.

Lights on I’ve been getting around 73F lights off is the concern. I’m getting about 60F.

Searching through the web and various forums including here I stumbled upon an idea someone says they use which serves two purposes. The poster said he uses an aquarium heater in a 5g pot of water. Which he claims heats up the tent and brings up humidity at the same time. My RH hovers around 28 - 30%

Anyone hear of doing this or have experience with it?

Get a space heater

Pots aren’t touching the ground plus I have insulation between the tent and the floor. Tested a theory last night. Turned my exhaust off temps rose pretty quick to 28.5 C (sorry I’m Canadian don’t know F). Before buying a heater I’m going to try slowing down my fan and see what difference that makes.

As other have said, a space heater will work. Assuming you have an analog space heater, plug one into a timer and or temp controller.
