Growing CBD rich hemp flower indoors

Looking for any tips that I should take into consideration when growing hemp for high CBD vs. traditional cannabis techniques. I'm planning to grow several plants in a greenhouse this spring.

Consider “Bird”. It’s usually around 8% THC 14% CBD. If you are legal but awaiting a hemp permit

now, is that for commercial production, and even personal grows? Ive been looking, seem to not being able to find anything.
In Alaska permits are required. However I don’t know what enforcement is planned because this jerk governor fired every state employee and forced everyone to reapply. Nothing has worked since. We’ve given up on this year.

Dang, wish you the best man.

I was told, and have read, that Industrial hemp is now considered as legal as tomatoes. I can drive 3 miles and buy CBD hemp flower. They get no fuss from the law. I know in alot of states, the reason for permits, is because of environments reasons of breaking ground in that state. Usually large scale farms use all kinds of pest control and water retention and irrigation needs. But as far as throwing some seeds in a pot, for CBD, there is no guild-lines writing in ANY state as of now. Of course, the 0.3% ratio probably has to be on hand if you do have problems. I believe that cause is what is going to legalize the plant national, simply because of the false calls and complaints of growers growing CBD, but looks like Cannabis by sight. Id imagine it being a financial whirlwind to wasting enforcement time and money on bogus complaints with a national compliant plant,

I believe the permits are tied to it because of the THC content which can definitely fluctuate and especially diversion. The fear is a legal hemp farmer running regular THC content cannabis. However we’re still in the dark here. Hoping for next year. We have a little less than 5 acres for a test run.

Best of luck to you. Hope it all works out.
