Growing Critical Kush in a 4x4 Grow tent

Hey guys was just after some advice, I've just bought 8 seeds (x5 Critical Kush and x1 skunk cross northern lights and x2 kerala cross skunk (the kerala are non feminised)) and I'm going to grow them in a 4x4 grow tent under a 600w hps/mh with soil I've never grown before I have no idea what I'm doing really. I need around 20oz hopefully the grow needs to be stealthy and able to be packed up within 10 minutes, I was thinking 8 plants might be a bit too much and a scrog is definitely out of the question (I need to move the plants individually if need be). I've heard the amount of plants doesn't really affect yield and heard of a lb on an individual plant, I was thinking of going with just 2-4 plants as it would be a lot easier to manage than 8. Would 2-4 plants be ok or is it worth growing all the seeds at once?

Should I expect it to be far more potent than semi wet bud I get off the street? Any tips to increase potency of the grow??

Well, your not going to pull 20 zips off your first grow with only 2 plants man, your looking at a average of 1.5 to 4 per plant, but it also depends on how long your veg times for, and environmental conditions as well, nutrients, and how you take care of/grow your crop. I would worry about the resin production techniques after you have your plants in soil for a couple months man, then get on and do some research for the last bit of your grow. The best way for you to make some profit/high yields would be to Scrog out your tent. Im doing 9 plants, 1 gallon pots, in my 4x4 tent, and still have a foot of room around the walls of my tent. But, thats just my opinion! So do what ever works best for you.

cheers fellas I haven't bought the tent yet I just bought this ballast this other week (hope it's a good one?) http://www.hydro4u.com.au/files/64476/623.jpg

Say I need to stash the plants for around 5-6hrs because something happens, would this screw up the light cycle/quality of the grow? Would even a few hours of no light screw them up in some way?
