Growing in a shipping container

How would you go about growing in one of these?
I have seen people bury them and use them as grow rooms or underground bunkers.
I want to know how you would set one up above ground a big one I think it's 10x40 feet.

I think you would have to get rolls of insulation cut holes for ac vent and exaughst vent and put up the reflective wall stuff over the insulation
Or put drywall up then that white poly white stuff for reflectivness.

I'd think 6 1000 watt lights would cover it too?

Reminds me of some guys burying containers to grow in, after the first snow the heat from the lights melted a perfect square in the snow. The police copters saw it and busted them.
