Growing problem

Hi Guys can anyone help me I have these 5 week plants but they still look really small for 5 weeks what is the problem the first picture is how I planted them the second and 3rd are the two plants the second one has already developed the white strings but still small I grow outdoors and I give them 8 to 12 hrs a day of direct sun and water them 4 times a day nay one help pls

Stop watering 4 times a day.

Don't water 4 times a day only water when they need it let them dry out for a day and then feel the weight then water them and weigh after watering and remember the weights that's how I do it and mine Re fine

Light nutes on the bigger one that's yellowing. Maybe mix 25%

Overwatering is not good. Also they need to be transplanted if they are still in those small containers. A rootbound plant will not grow.

get them out of clear plastic cups.
