Growing problems

One of the two plants i have has some damage on the leaf from when the seed started separating from the plant when it grew and it started to turn the leaf brown and there is a slit where the seed case fell off of it witch is also brown what do i do to fix this?

would be easier if you could show a pic, even a rubbish cellphone pic.

but without the pic i'd say dont worry, those leaves would be falling off and dying in a few weeks anyway.
