This sounds like a killer triple play. Am curious how you like the Cheese when it is done, also the #18.

I thought it sounded like a killer 1,2,3 lineup too. I had to chop the Blue Cheese soon after I flipped to 12/12 because it hermied on me. I didn't have anything to replace it with, so I was stuck with just the Ak-47 and OG#18 flowering. The #18 is what I am looking forward to the most. I tried a quick dry smoke in the microwave and it still tasted good and got me blazed offa couple hits. It is definitely going to be some of the best weed that I have ever grown, let alone smoked. I would recommend this strain to anyone looking for something strong. I don't think that it is the greatest yielder, but that could be my fuck up. But compared to what I am going to yield off of the Ak-47, which has been growing the exact same amount of time, the #18 is a low yielder. I'm guessing that I'm going to get just over an oz dry. I think I will get at least 2 oz dried off of the Ak-47. Possibly even more than that. The buds on the Ak-47 are pratically tipping the plant over. I had to put some stakes in the pot, because the branches are about ready to break.

I know that I am ready to get this grow finished up. I'm ready to move on to something else. I will be putting a some White Diamonds into flower as soon as these 2 are finished. They need to be transplanted asap, but once I do that I won't have room in my rubbermaid tote veg box. They had already been topped once, and I topped them all again yesterday. That will be the last time I top them. They are all about 8" tall right now. They are some really nice looking plants. No variation in phenos that I can see as of right now. These White Diamonds are an Alphakronik strain by the way. I haven't seen anyone that has grown this particular strain before. I have heard some good things about Alphakroniks gear though. White Diamond is a The White x Spacequeen cross. I'm not for sure which was male and female in the cross, but I believe that they used a Spacequeen dude.
I know what you mean my kandy kush is days away, but I want 20% amber before I touch it, I can't wait to grow from clone, and to be able to control and now what to expect with kandy i should have a solid yield, better than my sour which was bad for a first real grow.plus the merald triangle seeds were fems, plus i actually made a post in there forum in another site and they contacted me and I thought that was cool and gave me pointers on the strain, not many companys do that.

I have to agree with you on that. You don't hear of these breeders contacting small growers and giving out pointers on the best way to grow their shit. That's pretty cool! Now that you told me that I might give them a second look over. I will wait and see what you can do with it. Lol! At least I know that you know how to grow a plant right. I don't believe half the crap I read on here when people are bad mouthing a seed company or particular strain, because half of them have no idea what they are doing and want to bash the breeders for their own mistakes. I'm sure you know what I am talking about. Lol! Which strain do you like better? The Kandy Kush or Headband?

I went over to my buddy's crib yesterday, and he showed me an outdoor White Widow that he is growing. That damn thing was 6' tall. It had just started to show signs of being a female. It had very sativa looking leaves on it. I'm not for sure what breeder it's from, but I wouldn't mind seeing how it turns out. I wasn't impressed at all with the White Label White Widow that I grew. It didn't taste good at all. His WW is toytally different lookingthan mine, so he mayhave something worth having. I guess i will have to wait until October to see what it is about.

According to the breeders info on Ak-47 it is a 9 week strain, and so is the OG#18.

I am personally having troubles choosing between ordering the ak-47 from ss or the og 18 from rp, ugh choices lol
I'm personally liking the OG#18 a whole lot more, but that's just my opinion. I'm sure some pallets will like the Ak more.

This Ak-47's branches are about ready to snap from the weight of the buds. It's quite a wonderful sight to behold. Lol! The leaves are slowly yellowing and falling off. I won't have much trimming to do by the time I harvest this bad girl. Both of these plants are finished now. It's just a matter of personal preference of when I want to chop them. I can either wait a bit and get more amber trichs or I can harvest now. I'm planning on harvesting the OG#18 this Monday, and then the Ak-47 after the #18 is finished hang drying.

What's up new2ky420! Always nice to see my fellow hicks. Lol! I've actually bought some seeds of that strain that you are growing, because I had just recently come across some Strawberry Cough that my buddy sold me that was the bomb! It was some top shelf weed w/o a doubt that smelled and tasted just like strawberries with a skunky undertone to it.
I was in love with it, so I tried looking for that strain in seed form. The only Strawberry Cough that I could find was Dutch Passion's, and I heard that it was a poor example of some real SC. So I ended up getting some Strawberry Blue's. I haven't seen much on that strain as far as grow journals and smoke reports go, but I am anxious to see what it is about. What's it smell like now?

I here ya on it being easier to grow outside, and alot less stressful. I had only grown outdoors since I was a teenager. I've been growing indoors for about a year now, so I consider myself to be a noobie still. I am getting the hang of shit though. Every grow gives me that much more experience. It's nice to be able to watch every little thing when it is in your house though. I only have room for 3 plants in my current setup, so I don't have that much to deal with. Anyways I am having much better luck indoors compared to my outdoor days. I never really found a great spot to grow in, so the places that I stuck my plants just didn't get enough light to get the plants to a descent height in the end. Anyways make sure to keep me in the loop on how your Strawberry Blue turns out and good luck!

Oh yeah, your plant looks great btw. It looks pretty tall in that pic. Did you top it at all?

A friend sent me some WW seed and I started two. Very sativa but I keep seeing pics of others' WW that look heavy indica.

The White Label White Widow that I grew was more of a sativa dominant strain, but my buddies looks even more sativa dominant than mine did. I have a Dinafem WW that I haven't tried yet, and after my last round of WW I don't know if I want to even try that strain again. I've seen some indica looking phenos of WW that looked really good here on RIU, so I imagine that it depends on what breeders WW you have and what pheno you end up getting in the end. Regardless good luck and hopefully you have yourself a gem.
