Growing tall, Already topped, What do I do?

I need some guidance on what to do to maintain this from becoming an annoyance. I have one that grew similar to this and when I put it into flowering it turned into a bush and I can't wait till that thing is chopped. I have only topped and it's still new to me, I have never "fimmed" but if I can do any of those again to slow it down and reduce it from being so sporadic while increasing the yield that would be dope.

Can you tell that they all need more light because they could be bushier?
Yes.
A plant that tall should be much bushier.
Here are a few 4wk vegged clones in the first couple weeks after flip

No training done and were around 14"-18" tall max.

Your ladies, although very nice and healthy looking, show exactly how the plant reacts when "stretching" to reach a dim light source.

Low light= tall/thin
Lots of light= shorter/squatter

Okay, I did the super cropping method on the tall one from a video I watched and added another light till I get better ones. I'm super excited to see how that turns out. I appreciate all of the advice cause it was put to use.
