Growth at the node's?

Hi, I have 3 plants the oldest is a month and two weeks the second is a month and the youngest is three weeks. The two older have a growth coming from the node's they have been developing over the last few days and look like little leafs but they aren't any bigger than this

-

Will these form into big fan leaves, or are these linked to the sex organs? Cause I notice were I rub my finger then smell that area gives off a really dank odor.

Sorry for no picture, they've gotten bigger and clearly look like leaves coming from the space where the node forms the branch is this weird? Each leaf if only one blade but each node has four of them shooting out. they would probably develop faster if I upped my light.

that happened to one of mine and she turned into a hermi soon after. i have 2 same strains , and they were both female but one had little leaves at the nodes meetin at stem then pollen sacks came soon after, the other did not have the development at the nodes and wasnt a hermi but got pollinated by the other one in the end i didnt know it was hermi till it was too late. so i think that may be a sign that it is a hermi now but since yours is not budding female yet id say it may be saying that its a male then. if you see any sign of a sack forming its a male. so i thinks its a male

That would be weird since they are so young, and I still run them on 20/4. It would make sense though they are only bag seeds.

What lighting schedule do you use? What lights you use?
I use a 40 watt CFL grow light that touches the plants, and a 50 watt blue incubator light, I think I may go get a HPS today. I figured I would up the CFL then I realized for the price of lamps and bulbs I may as well step up for a HID.

How are your plants doing with 20/4? Root growth peaks at 16-18 hours. I just stopped mine from 20/4 and now am trying 18/6 but need more opinions on it..

My roots are doing well, I looked at them today, I have three plants in a three gallon pot, I'm going to get two more pots today so each can have it's own pot. I dug a trench between them to see if the roots are tangling up and the roots haven't even begun to transpire yet, they grow more down than to the sides. they're about 10 inches right now of root span.

ye im thinking it could be an early sign buts thats just what i think im not definately sure because ive only had females and they never had that node growth at stem, i just seen a male and female turned hermi with that node growth but then again i havent seen many plants. try finding pics and zoom in too see maybe

I'll look up some pictures, I really don't know these seeds I have are a mix of different weeds I had come across over the last year. I don't know if they would even show flower or pre-flower yet, under a magnifying glass they clearly are small leaves.
