sooo... im surprised no one has started talking about this yet... so, whats everyones believes?? obviously we all support the bills, but what do you HONESTLY think will happen, when do you think it will happen, and last, how do you PERSONALLY believe the bills should read for the best possible outcome for THE ENTIRE COUNTRY (including the citizens that do not agree with these.) to profit.

O...and if your "that guy" that has no IDEA what i am trying to talk about, then first off, QUIT GIVING THE REST OF US A BAD NAME!!! second, take five minutes out of your day to google and read about H.R. 5842 and 5843. you will be VERRRY excited i promise...

SO LET THE DISCUSSION BEGIN!!!

so what theyr're gunna make medicinal marijuana legal for authorized patients thats good i guess but dosent help me ...when they make marijauana legal then post it

wow... do you not realize what this means... this doesnt just make it legal for patients... it protects patients who are in states that allow it for medicinal use... but it ALSO takes away all federal punishments.. which would then leave it up to the states to create their own laws on marijuana...and this is only touching on the 5842 bill... please understand that this could quite possibly lead to marijuana being distributed just like alcohol!!!

"Act to Remove Federal Penalties for the Personal Use of Marijuana by Responsible Adults - Prohibits the imposition of any penalty under an Act of Congress for the possession of marijuana for personal use or for the not-for-profit transfer between adults of marijuana for personal use.
Deems the possession of 100 grams or less of marijuana as personal use (one ounce or less for a not-for-profit transfer between adults).
Allows the imposition of a civil penalty under the Controlled Substances Act for the public use of marijuana if such penalty does not exceed $100."

ARE YOU SURE IT DOESN'T AFFECT YOU NOW!!!!!! i mean come on... take some time... educate yourself... and realize that this IS the prohibition coming to an end!!! tell me this doesn't affect you.

.... Sure hope these bills pass, already called my congressional delegation about them and will again... but figure that the money people will kill it to protect their interests, instead of the interests of the people that put these bums in office. :peace:
