Had to harvest one plant early what to do

Should I leave this as is? Gonna have 2 more done around the same time and one behind. Had to cut the 1st one bc it was mutated and extremely lanky, almost every branch started falling when builds grew.

Debating on if I want to pull this rockwool cube out. It's gonna be a rooty mess.

2nd grow ever, thanks in advance

Main concern is that after some time, that root mass will start to rot and decay which in turn can cause issues, but seeing as you’re close to finishing, I would think it should be fine.

Ok thanks I wasn't sure if pulling the cube would expedite the roots rotting but I'm worried about mold
