Halfway through flower

Hey guys as the title says I’m half way through flower start of week 5 and having a couple of issues hopefully not to serious, I’ve been having problems the last couple days with my run off was really high like 4.0ec anyways I’ve done a flush it’s now at 1.5 doesn’t want to go any lower than that tho should I maybe think about buying a flushing agent?

Reason I ask is because purple tiger stripes have popped up and the underside of some of the leaves have also turned purple along with some clawing so I’m kinda worried I’ve messed up the root zone with high ec and possibly caused a lock out.

I’ve seen a couple of things online and it could just be genetic and I might be over thinking but thought I’d come here for an experienced opinion.

Here’s some info on the grow to help you guys out

Medium - coco

3 gallon fabric pots

Nutes are salt based

Rh - 40/60%

Temps - lights on 24-26c lights off 19-22(using a heat mat to keep the rootzone warm at night)

Light is a tsl2000 mars hydro

Also a few pics to have a look at.

Plants look fine too me... that purpling is no big deal. Usually caused by genetics with stronger expressions under LEDs or if you have cool canopy temps during the dark cycle.

I'm not going to act like I know exactly what it is, but from all the research I've done lately I would definitely agree it looks like genetics.

Yeah that purple seems like it is just genetics. Your plants look nice and healthy. My Do-Si-Dos is in week 9 and has just over a week untill chop and it has been turning purple for the last week or so. I'm hoping they get really purple by harvest time.

Cheers guys like I say with the high ec,clawing and purple showing up got me abit worried.

Well it’s a bag seed however the guy said it was cherry pie, but apparently it’s rare to get seeds of cherry pie so it’s unlikely, probably a close relative it’s definitely got the right look and smell tho so could be cherry pie.

If the ec is a little high and you notice some clawing now, back off a tad with the nutes and see what happens. Youre more in tune and see them everyday unlike us.

Nothing wrong with purple stems in my opinion. Be growing a very long while and I can say I see purple stems of differing degrees on all my grows through the decades. I think it perfectly normal

These are covered with purple stems and I don't care the slightest. These plants I have going now are 5 weeks 12/12 this coming Monday and I know they'll be decent despite purple stems.

@KK26 Yeah for sure man unless it's affecting stuff don't worry I did at the start but doing research and realising mine are probably due to direct light exposure rather than anything else as the undersides/closer to the actual stem where the light doesn't reach aren't touched.
