harvest mistake?

so im in the middle of harvesting and turned the lights off for 48 hours. i read online of a better way to dry and trim, basically you let the plants die in its place so the leaves just naturally fall off. half my harvest is chopped up and i wanna try that method with the other 2. problem is, the smartpots they are in are still wet. would turning the lights back on help in drying it out? or would it stress them too much after being asleep for 2 days?

I chop it while it's still wet. You can use that trim, letting it fall off by it self seems like a waste. You may also run a greater risk at mold when turning the lights back on to dry her faster while theres moisture. Let alone if she drys to fast ur bud will smell and taste like hay. Just my 2. It wouldn't matter if you stress them now or not, I purposely stress my plants that last week of flower or so.

As for 24-48 hours of darkness, it's a waste. For anything good to happen in flower especially near the end, the plants need that 12 hours of light to anything in darkness. I have tried this myth more then once and there are no pros whatsoever.
