Harvesting and removing leaves without trichomes

First time grow and I am nearing harvest.
I am growing three different types of plants. Strawberry Banana, Kali Mist and Skywalker. Seeds from Seed King. I’m using Spider LED lights and they did the trick better than expected. Indoor grow. All plants are doing super well except one and I’m not terribly worried about that one. In the beginning of 12/12 I way over did it with big bloom. I did not feed The plants at all before 12/12. I know I will do so next run though. I had read the posts here and lurking and learning quite a bit. I have extensively read outside sources on what to do in my next grow.
So my questions are, should I have defoliated right at 12/12? Before? Right before harvest?
also I am early in on the 12-12 that started on September 13th but I’m seeing a few plants pistils turning brown and curling and also the trichomes are milky. Some are Amber. Should I harvest those? I think so and did cut 4-5 buds off. Should I trim the leaves after cutting the buds before I hang them up or after they have dried a week or so? Close up pix are the buds in question and harvesting.

Thanks in advance for this help! I am so excited to harvest and cure!

You have nothing that looks ready to harvest and no you shouldn't remove "some buds"
But it is your grow and yo can do as you like but when it is all over , I guarantee you will regret chopping early

No. The more green photosynthesis you have the bigger your plants will grow. Do not trim fan leaves to expose smaller leaves. It's counterintuitive.
