Has any one seen this before please help ???

Please help I bought a feminized purple haze seed and I germinated it the root popped out of the shell, so i put under a CFL in some coco. The shell cracked off and left that head in the picture. she stands tall but it seems like nothing is changing.

Please help

I don't know about anybody else but I see 2 out of focus pictures.

Give it a day its still growing.
