We were hoping all would be done by oct 15th, but at least one or two will likely need more time. The sun pattern is changing, and they aren't getting a lot of direct sunlight any more

Same with me obijohn:wall:...not enough southern exposure...the buds are not as fat as they should be and are moving slower.

I have 2 of the same pheno clones in two locations outdoors. One has been shaded a lot more and has looser buds. I even thought about finishing it off indoors but it's too late now

Pics coming soon. My girls are looking quite battered now. My Double Dutch is leaning over in every direction as the colas are so heavy. Need to cut melon gum next.

Next year I am going with the very quick finishers...there are a couple dozen strains that I have seen that will finish by end of september...I am looking at another 3 weeks before I chop and some will be done around halloween or a couple days after..not good.

Some of my plants - ones that do not really look ready - had all their pistils turn brown when the temps dipped to 35 the other night. The plants themselves look fine (although some turned purple), just smaller buds with fewer trichomes. I don't want to pull them so I am waiting to see if they continue to fill out or if the dip caused them to stop growing. Anyone ever had all the pistils turn like that before? I don't want to chop them, although I guess I could and use them for hash ...
