Has anyone chopped yet?

hello I was just wondering if anyone has chopped any of their plants, or if it's still too early?

I have one plant that looks to be pretty done. I've been debating for the past week if I should chop it or not. I had the same strain going last year but it might be a different phenotype. Last year I chopped at the end of October and they still didn't look completely done.

Weather changed a lot faster than usual where I'm at to this year ....sometimes it's an early season sometimes not .....but you could also have early finishers ....what are your trichs looking like

I haven't used my little microscope in years. Now would be a good time! If I can only find it lol

I say if you can wait till the weekend go for it. It will give the plant that last few days to fill out.. But I would say for the most part they are done.
I mean technically I can let it go another month if I wanted to. But I definitely don't want to over do it and also risk getting bud rott. I think y'all are right. I just needed some extra reassurance I guess lol. Thanks!

Chopped both. Really debated whether they were ready or not. They had amber and the test samples were potent. The one that fell over under its own weight flowered twice, thus the ridiculous growth. I'm actually running out of drying space and I still have several more to harvest.

Looks great and any day to me what strain is it. I would be trying to keep that one as a mother plant. Reveg. Or try to root a cutting I love early dense strains and it looks to me like a keeper.nice job.

I need to up my trim game.
I like to take a little more for my first wet trim than you did in your above pic .....that way I'm not fighting to much water/sugar leaf curling around my nugs ....that's just my technique I make bubble hash and edibles so trim doesn't big me a bit ....but your plant looks good just manicure them the way you like that's all that matters

Oh ok I just noticed all fans were gone at a glance my bad .....I'm old and lazy so I take my time on my wet trim to leave less work on my final trim .....
I'm hoping after final trim everything looks swell. I still need to process my trim, but I don't know when I'll have the time. I'm debating whether to run through a bubble bag, or make RSO.
