Hash bomb seed first ever grow....

Hey sup Bros I got my Hash bomb seeds(regular )and 1 free ice bomb seed (feminized) as a gift, from bomb seeds. And I just wanted to know what u guys think of my set up I have. Alright I'm using 50/50 coco and perlite, 4 6500k cfl lights at 100 wats in total; that I will be switching to 4 2700k cfl lights also 100 watt in total. I also will be using dyna gro Grow nutes only, no blooms. I'm mixing that at 1 ml per gallon with 1 teaspoon of grandma's molasses(not black strap as I have cal mag) and 1 ml of cal/mag plus all in r/o water. OK so i already put in a shot of r/o water for 12 hours (did not sink but still germed. Well it germed after I put into the rapid rooter. And now basically it sprouted and everything pretty fast to my suprise only in 3 days. I'm checking my ph and everything too when I water. Currently my seedling is about an inch and a half tall going on 1 week and I'm just about to apply the nutes I mentioned above and was wondering would that be too soon? I'm only using 1 ml per gal would that still be too much? I think it's crazy when people say wait 3 weeks to feed in hydro lol. That's like the whole veg cycles. Anyways u guys think? Am I on the right path here? Thanks for reading and cheers

Also I'd like to add I'm using the 12/12 method and keeping my plant in 1 gal pot it's whole life. I hoping to get an ounce of some dank buds. Yall think it's possible with my setup?

I'll just wait and see and update about that when I harvest then. If I can't I'll go for a 4 in one adapter. But this is supposed to be high yielding strain too. And I heard it's possible to get a gram a watt
