Have you found your purpose in life?

lol how's that working out for you?
The people on my x mas list keep having birthdays. I'd say amazingly well considering the twisted beast I am curating for life. An hour walk is better than an hour being told your flaws according to a book. LOL.

Peace and a glimpse of life without indentured servitude or self defeating pursuits is my point. No fights. If it works for you I support.

Are you engaging or attacking as I only challenge people to think a bit more? LOL.

Thanks for sharing this. Really appreciate it.
Vonnegut always comes through. You can never stop learning. Caregiving is apparently my current purpose in life. Reading, writing, singing, exercise, sports, & music when possible. Cooking is too time-consuming for me. I've determined that drawing, photography, & painting I am good at observing.

It's all a lark.

BTW, In case you din't know, obviously you're already an interesting person.

Thank you so much my friend. Really feel like trying new things right now. I've been feeling like shit the last couple of days to the point of seeing no point in getting out of bed. Honestly though, inaction, procrastination and having fear of doing new things have been major setbacks but not anymore!!!

Yup that's what happened to me hence I mentioned I gave my 100% to something and failed. Thanks for your input.
You didn't fail. Maybe you think you failed, but I assure you, you did not!! It's all how you look at things. And there are reasons for every feeling you have. I have this poem taped on my bedroom mirror. It helps me a lot to remember it...

I highly recommend finding a good psychotherapist that can partner with you in meeting the challenges in life. An educated and objective third party can assist in ways we maybe too fragile or not aware of to face. It can be life changing in many positive ways and the diagnosis only matters for billing.

lol projecting much? I don't "attack" people, that's not my style. And getting people to think a bit more is not the vibe I get from you from our few interactions. You seem like a very aggressive and angry person who wants to ram their opinion down other's throats. And choosing the phrases "indentured servitude" "self defeating pursuits" "some fool who couldn't survive" reaffirms that for me. Kinda like how you took a shit on everyone talking about cars in wake and bake the other day. Rust consumes iron, envy consumes itself

And you are still considering my points. Yes. Very aggressive. But effective. And well meaning in truth. Brutally honest. I'll live that way.

Thank you. I respect the honesty and irony. I'll consider further. Still wish you the best and enjoy the posts. World beyond mine is always educational.

An hour at the gym 4 times a week does incredible things for your frame of mind.

If your not eating healthy, that's a big part of mental health too.

And also, stop using cannabis and take breaks. I usually abstain in spring through summer as I focus on health and fitness, for the last few years and it's made a major positive impact on my mental health.

Absolutely bro I love working out balls to the walls since I was 15. Big fan of bodybuilding and powerlifting. Gyms are closed here in Greece though I'm just working out at home with the minimum equipment I have. Thanks for the reply brother!

Honestly I have been that way lately too but I've bounced back. Sometimes little things like washing your face or shaving can help spring your mind.

Good to know. Yup sometimes little things make a big difference. I remember when I was waking up at 05.30am and doing cardio followed by a cold shower, right before work. Day rolled perfectly every time. First step is always the hardest. For some reason I'm always "at my saddest" in the morning. It's weird. If I wake up, click on snooze and stay in bed, I always regret it. I need to start doing cardio again for sure. The problem is that I freakin hate it while I'm doing lol. I just love how I feel after.

Ditto. I say I don't have time to exercise but I spend an hour in here at least. Exercise always works so why is it so damn hard to give ourselves that boost?

I completely agree and truly thank you for taking the time to write this and help someone out. Indeed no room for fear if you want to evolve. God Bless you and your family.
Your quite welcome! If it helped in your moment of need it’s more than I could’ve hoped for. Stay strong and all will fall before you!!

When you die, time turns inside out and is no longer linear. At that point you spend the rest of eternity in the life you have lived.
Your purpose in life is to insure you don't turn that eternity into a hell.

I dunno bout you guys... but for me it’s cuz I’m fckn old and need to start taking vitamins. Lol. At least I hope. I used to be a beast from 5am till 2am n sleep three hrs a day. My body hasn’t forgot the schedule (like I even need to be up that early anymore) but the drive is a little on the slow side now. So I force myself up n it still takes 40 mins to get my ass in gear. Lmao

Worked my younger adult life in construction and hard labor, didn't use cannabis. I became permanently disabled about 8 years ago, and just recently found a love for pet rescue and raising birds. If only I had known of all the awesome jobs involving animals as a kid. They keep me moving and outside instead of in bed.IMG_20210304_171512727.jpg
