  • I got a 12awg wire running from the 240 stove plug into a t104 timer then into 2 x 4outlet boxes and 1 x 2outlet box.
Every thing is supposed to be wired right , the neutral wire is plugged on the A , hot black line
on port 1 , hot red line plugged on port 3 , ground on ground . Port 2 and 4 going to load with the ground and neutral wire.
Once all that is plugged , it wont fire up the 1000watters but when i plug a 600 watter it fires up .. ?? any one know what
can be causing this problem ??
Maybe the outlets are not plugged right?

Looks like you have two 120V outlets...in order to have 240V, you must have two hots and each of your outlets looks like it has one hot each...I'm trying to tell by looking at the pics so bear with me.

Gotta volt meter??

Which two legs do you have 120V? Which is the neutral?

Looks like black and red are hot and white is neutral...if so, you have one hot and one neutral to each outlet.

Yet another edit, if you are looking for 120V, then you are wired properly. If your 1,000 watters don't fire it is not because of the wiring. I saw the 240V and assumed you were looking to wire your outlets 240V (in which case they are not wired for this.)
