Having an issue with my plant (flowering)

Just Let Me Be Faded

Hey I have recently been trying to flower my plant, and it just won't!
DETAILS:
plant type: chronic
sex: female
age:2 months
light: cfl
nutrients: none/ natural
light schedule: 12/12

This is my first grow, I know it wont produce a big yield! Honestly, I'm just experimenting.

Most resent pictures:

The issue is that it's not showing sex? Get a picture of the internodes...I bet it is showing preflowers but you havent noticed it.

How long have they been under 12/12? You do not have enough light. If those plants are 2 months old they are small even if you were running 12/12 from seed. You have no canopy penetration. Add CFL side lights and more CFL above.

its been under 12/12 for around 1 week and it is from seed. And it about 15" tall, which is descent for cfl 2 month grow. And im working on more lighting
