No. It is not a generation by my understanding. It a continuation of that gen. A .1 .2 .3 and so on. Not a generation until reveged from flower. Only then do you mature and begin a new cycle. Identical plant copy 1 - infinity.

I'm with you on less cleanup work. I hate all that shit. That's why I haven't made a tea in over a year now.

Anyways, the Root Riot's are what I used the first times and that worked great. I actually got the same JumpStart kit you did with the heater. I also ordered the temp controller too to keep the temperature constant.

Even that is a little more work than I wanna do anymore, but I'm only growing a few plants. Lately I've just been popping them in soil, and if they don't root, I just pop another on in. I don't even use a dome lately even though my humidity is around 10-15% usually. Like I said though it's not nearly as reliable as the Root Riots with a dome and heater.

I need to go through this thread and read it all, but I saw Ren recommended the Rapid Rooters. I've never used those, so I'll be curious to hear what you like better.

Will def report back sir!... go back and look how I set up the shelf with wrapped shelf layer of T5's to warm a whole shelf. I had to ditch the heat mat because it was getting too hot, but this setup is going to be ideal I think.

Oh that's right. Hell ya. Nevermind. I've actually done that too. I just put the dome on top of my T5 once and they rooted great. I didn't even have a light above that one. They didn't care about not having much light at all.

Step 1. Clone tray and dome, cube holders too if u like.

Step 2. Soak a-ok cubes in plain tap/or any solution you want for 20 mins, ph not necessary.Get a-ok cubes if u haven’t.

Step 3. Get nice cuts, I like 4-6”cuts

Step 4. Have clonex or any clone hormone gel you prefer ready

Step 5. Cut cuts base 45 degree angle and incision cut middle of base that’s been 45 angle cut, dip into clonex. Do a few cuttings like that and leave in the gel, give cuts time to take in the gel. Note make sure u have clean/sterile fiskers or cutting tool.

Step 6. Insert cutting into cube, do not use the pre made holes! Insert about 3/4 of cube depth.

Step 7. Fill up the clone tray by skipping every other hole if big cuts, small cuts u can fill all hole placement. Cover tray with dome, with air valve closed.

Step 8. After 24 hours open each air valve 1/4 open. It’s important to wipe the dome of any condensation, this prevents mold and let’s the cuts breath when u do this, once a day to 2x is fine.

Step 9. Open valves another 1/4 after each day till your wide open. You should be wide open after 5 days. Day 6 u can take the dome off to have cuts to acclimate to the environment.

Step 10. Day after the dome is off u should re soak the cubes in 1/2 strength veg nutes. Day 8-10 you should have roots popping out.

Good luck. Environment 78-85 degrees rh 55-75 is good. No heat mats ever used, but don’t place them on concrete floors, rack preferred in low light intensity.
