having insect problem after two weeks

ok so today I was looking at my plant and noticed at least two types of bugs crawling around in my soil, one seems to be little white bugs possibly springtails and the other which are in the two photos are a little longer grey, have attenas and seem shiny like silverfish. Those were the best photos I could get these things keep moving around for me to get a good photo, now just as I was taking these photos I was looking at the plant itself on the leaves when I noticed a little spec so I took my tweezers and gently touched it and it moved like an insect so I knocked it off. Looked to me like larva and it was really small even hard to indentify with my little tweezers with a magnifying glass on it. and finally over the weekend when I was draining the water out of the bottom of the pot I found at least two little flys hanging around the outside of the pot, probabally gnats, I really don't know what to do I have no money to buy any kind of repellent. Does anything know of anything that I could make up and add to the soil to kill these things so my plant doesnt die??? I have no sand I do have dawn which I know is one thing and I also read about mixing that with tabacco from a cigarette, I'm kinda affraid that it might ruin the roots and the plant. So if any of you guys know a soloution to my problem that would be really helpfull right now, Thanks!

So anyone have any type of soloution or is my plant doomed? I checked again and didnt notice anything on the plant, could I try using some dawn with water and pour it or spray it on top of the soil to kill these bugs? I cannot find a good answer anywhere.

I have decided to just get rid of the plant due to the fact I don't have what I need to combat annoying little bugs. I was growing in my closet and I cannot have an infestation of these bugs in the same room I sleep in. So being that im new i'm just going to have to save up some money for the right tools and try again sometime.

don't trash the plants! sounds like springtails and thrips. springtails are def a pest, but actually beneficial. they eat dead/dying organic matter. a couple doses of h2o2 will get rid of them. but, any other bennies in your medium will aslo be toast, so you'll have to re-apply those. thrips can also be eliminated. there are several ways to deal with them. neem or good old fashioned lady bugs can help...
these are pics of springtails.
