looks great man!!!!! whats under the cubes looks like some sort of mat, whats it for?? taking into consderation what they went through u really beabied them bro looks amazing... and u got more room in ur place time to expand lol lol !!!! oh yea whats that stuff taped on top of the cubes

Under the cubes we put the cocoa mats. It really helps the roots. Keeps the light off of them and keeps them moist. The roots grow all up into the mat.
The hugo blocks get moldy and grow algae. We put block covers on them to keep the light off of the mold and algae. It still appears but not as much. We have a lot of "Fannage" going on, so I tape them down. Otherwise they blow off. We got about 5 lbs off of these 4 lights.

hmmm interesting see i like the idea of the the roots having somewhere to go but since i use smaller cubes i like to move them around the table from time to time and if they were rooted to a mat i wouldbt be a ble to do that..... the block covers are a good idea u never want root rot do u every use h202 or redimil( helps prevent root rot)... those are some great results to pull off of those plants good job man!!! im just about to come down myself here soon so maybe ill post some pics and show u how my set up looks like...
